The BEST OF THE BEST. We all know how stressful this housing market is for buyers. I truly believe the key is finding the right agent who navigates this with ease. Samantha is the one. Every local that I spoke to said she is simply the best- there is no person better. We were buying a second home with a very sentimental purpose in mind. She was always so empathetic and listened to our needs and wants. She never seemed rattled when I was unsure or something didn’t feel right. She is honest, so honest. She will give you feedback and is able to sense how you are feeling about a particular listing. I thought we would be searching for a home for a year. We cannot say enough good things about Sam Benfield. She made our buying experience easy and her fantastic personality helped to make it fun! Even in this crazy market! She understood what we were looking for in a rental property and found great choices. She also offered ideas on rental income based on her vast knowledge of the area.
